JOHN REUTER JR.
John Reuter Jr., was born in Blue Island, Ill., Sept. 6, 1888. He was graduated from the common schools there, finished his freshman year in high school and then completed a course in the Chicago Business College in 1905. Mr. Reuter came to Dickinson in 1907. From 1909 to 1912 he managed his father's farm and was employed in the office of the county treasurer as deputy during the fall and winter months. In 1914 he was elected to this office.

Mr. Reuter is the 1915 state golf champion of North Dakota, winning the title at Grand Forks on Aug. 5th. He is a thirty-third degree booster for Dickinson and Stark County and one of the most enthusiastic workers in the interests of the Dickinson Golf Club.
